E’ ufficiale, Katie Zelem lascia la Juventus Women. A darne l’annuncio è la stessa centrocampista inglese, che ringrazia la squadra in un post accorato su Instagram: “Dopo un anno folle e dopo aver raggiunto il mio obiettivo di diventare campionessa d’Italia, ho deciso di concludere la mia avventura con la Juventus. L’Italia è stato un posto incredibile per me: ho imparato tanto, ho fatto amicizia con grandi persone e ho creato delle memorie fantastiche che resteranno nel mio cuore per sempre. Voglio solo ringraziare tutte le persone che mi sono state vicine in quest’anno trascorso nel club, in particolare Stefano Braghin e Rita Guarino. Grazie allo staff, ai fantastici fan, ma soprattutto alle compagne di squadra che mi hanno aiutato e supportato (nonostante il mio pessimo italiano) e mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Auguro alle ragazze e al club tutto il meglio, e che possano avere un futuro brillante. E adesso, spaccate tutto in Champions League!”.
